Account Deletion

SnapBiz POS & Inventory allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data. This policy explains how users can request account deletion and what happens to their data.


1. How to Request Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion using the following methods:

Option 1 — Inside the App

Users can delete their account directly from the application:

Steps:

  1. Open SnapBiz POS & Inventory

  2. Go to Profile / Settings

  3. Select Delete Account

  4. Confirm the deletion request

Once confirmed, the account deletion process will begin.


Option 2 — Email Request

Users may also request account deletion by contacting support.

Send an email to:

[email protected]

Include:

  • Registered email address

  • Business name (if applicable)

  • Request for account deletion

Our support team will process the request within 7 business days.


2. Data Deleted After Account Removal

When an account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • User account information

  • Business profile details

  • Inventory data

  • Product records

  • Sales and purchase records

  • Customer information stored in the app


3. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for legal or compliance purposes, including:

  • Transaction records required for accounting compliance

  • Logs related to security or fraud prevention

This retained data will not be used for any commercial purpose.


4. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days from the date of request.
